§ 14-57. Waste.

All horse-drawn vehicles operated within the city must be equipped with adequate devices to prevent manure from falling upon any street. All means of waste disposal must be approved by the sanitation department. In no way shall the operation of a horse-drawn vehicle constitute a health or safety hazard.
