§ 19-1. Speed at crossings.

Except as their speed at street crossings in the city may be otherwise regulated by this Code, it shall be unlawful for any locomotive, engine or train within the city, whether steam, diesel or electric driven, to be run, moved or shifted at a greater rate of speed than fifteen (15) miles per hour across any public street.
