§ 22-81. Connection permit required.

No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with, or an opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining such a written permit from the city. It is the obligation of the city to make the connection under this section to the property line of the prospective sewer customer.
