§ 6-2. State election laws applicable.

Latest version.

State election law as set forth in the 1976 Code of Laws of South Carolina, as amended, is hereby adopted and made a part of this Code, except as otherwise provided in Title 5 of the 1976 Code of Laws, as amended. All elections within the city whether general or special shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the state election laws as well as the provisions of this article not in conflict with such state laws.
