In pursuance of authority conferred by the General Statutes of South Carolina, 5-7-30, Code of Laws, 1976 as amended, and for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, or general welfare of the community, the City Council of the City of Georgetown does ordain and enact into law the following articles and sections. |
