§ 5-3. Expiration of building permits.

Latest version.

All building permits shall expire eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance unless one or more extensions not exceeding ninety (90) days each is granted in writing by the building official. This section shall apply to all building permits issued before or after the date of enactment of this section.
