Article III. CONFLICTS WITH OTHER ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS  

300  All the requirements of this ordinance are in addition to federal, state and local requirements. Where regulations are not consistent between agencies, the developer shall adhere to the most stringent. Other agencies include, but are not limited to, South Carolina Coastal Council, Environmental Protection Agency, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, and South Carolina Land Resources Commission.
